eDynamic Learning Signs Agreement to be Acquired by Pearson
Southlake, TX – Gauge Capital (“Gauge”) is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement to sell eDynamic Learning, a premier provider of digital learning solutions to Pearson (FTSE: PSON.L). eDynamic Learning’s comprehensive catalogue of digital courses enables students to follow structured learning pathway programs that prepare them for their future careers.
Founded in 2008, eDynamic Learning has grown into a market leader in the delivery of digital education content, serving K-12, higher education, and workforce development end markets. The company offers a comprehensive suite of digital curriculum, career simulations, and virtual instruction solutions designed to engage learners and empower educators. Since partnering with Gauge Capital in 2018, eDynamic Learning has significantly expanded its product suite and now serves over 9,000 K-12 schools, districts and higher education institutions, as well as a growing base of post-secondary learners and adult professionals.”
