Gauge Capital LLC (“Gauge”) understands that privacy and security are important to the people from whom we solicit information.  This Privacy Policy outlines the ways we collect, use and disclose information and specifically describes our practices in connection with information that we collect through websites operated by us or on our behalf, through email messages that we exchange with you, as well as other interactions you may have with us. Gauge reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Gauge processes Personal Information in accordance with the law at all times.  The legal grounds under which Gauge processes Personal Information include:

  • Your consent, which is given when you use our Website or request our business services
  • Our legitimate business activities as described above
  • Honoring our contractual commitments
  • Compliance with the law

OPT-OUT RIGHTS

INDIVIDUALS LOCATED IN THE EEA

California residents also have the right to designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on the resident’s behalf.
