Southlake, TX – Gauge Capital announces that it has partnered with the owners and management team of 7 Mindsets (www.7mindsets.com) to provide growth capital and recapitalize the company. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, 7 Mindsets is a leading provider of social-emotional learning (“SEL”) curriculum and professional development to K-12 schools. The Company provides a custom-built, cloud-based platform that includes >370 unique lessons serving every grade in both English and Spanish. Emphasizing a mindsets-based approach for SEL, 7 Mindset’s research-backed methodology delivers sustainable results for educators and students.
